1. What type of payment do you accept?
At this time, Joyful Journey Productions uses PayPal for any orders involving our own personal materials. Please note that you do not need a PayPal account in order to purchase from us. All you need is a valid email address.
PayPal also accepts major credit cards as well.
With our online store of products for your marriage and sexual relationship, your orders will be processed through Amazon.com. Once your begin the checkout process, all your personal information will be captured through Amazon. You then become a customer of Amazon.com and all orders, returns, and inquiries are handled through Amazon.
Absolutely! PayPal and Amazon.com are two of the best and most secure money transaction sites on the Internet.
All orders are processed by PayPal and Amazon.com. All credit card data is transmitted via their servers, using the secure (encrypted) HTTPS protocol according to the current SSL standard.
When you purchase our books and marriage products and pay through PayPal and Amazon, they send us a confirmation message with customer details, but do NOT provide us with any credit card or other payment information. We never receive or collect ANY credit card information.
3. How will my book(s) be delivered?
Books: We use a “print-on-demand” publishing company for the books we have written. As soon as payment is received, we submit a request to have books printed. The books are then shipped to you directly from the printer. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
4. How are shipping charges calculated?
Because books are shipped from our distributor, there is a basic rate for shipping. Then, with each additional book purchased, there is a small additional charge.
5. Where do you ship packages?
At this time we are only able to ship to the U.S.
6. How will my package be shipped?
Your package will be sent by USPS.
7. What do I do if my books are missing or damaged when they arrive?
If your package arrives and you notice anything is missing or damaged during transit, please notify us within 3 days of receipt. In addition, please remember that, depending upon the number of books you order, your books may come to you in more than one shipment.
8. Can I return books if I have ordered the wrong title(s)?
Because we use a print-on-demand publisher, we can only accept returns if:
a) the wrong title was sent in place of what you originally ordered
b) the item(s) were damaged during transit
If your order does not meet either one of the above criteria, a refund cannot be administered.
If you need to contact us about a legitimate return, please use our contact form. We will then email you back with instructions on how to proceed with your return.

When you order from JoyfulJourneyProductions, you will be taken to PayPal and/or Amazon.com to place your order. They will need your name, email address, shipping address, phone number, and method of payment. They use this data to process your order placed on our website. You do NOT need a PayPal account in order to place an order with PayPal. You will need to set up an Amazon account so they can process your order.
Once we have been given acknowledgment from PayPal that your payment has been approved, we will process your order. We will then send you shipping confirmation via email. We will not sell or rent your data to any third party. However, we will cooperate fully should a situation arise where we are required by law or requested by a law enforcement agency to provide information about a customer.

We have established a third-party relationship with PayPal.com and Amazon.com to best serve our customers. PayPal and Amazon handle all money transactions through their websites.
